I am in-network with Cigna / Evernorth and Aetna, which means I can bill these insurance providers directly. With these plans, you would generally be responsible only for your copay and/or deductible.
If you are covered by a different insurance plan, such as a PPO, you may still be eligible for reimbursement through out-of-network benefits. I recommend reaching out to your insurance company to better understand what your plan offers for out-of-network psychotherapy services.
